Sirloin steak+superiorlight soy sauce
INGREDIENTS:
200g Sirloin steak,2tsp Superiorlight Soy Sauce,2tsp Olive oil,1/2tsp salt,1/2tsp Pepper,5 Potatoes,1 Broccoli,1 baby corn,50g cream,little Rosemary,little garlic.
METHOD:
1:Slice the potatoes and cook with water for 15 minutes
2:Slice the Broccoli and baby corn and cook with water for 2 minutes
3:Slice the rosemary and garlic
4:Thaw the steak
5:Put the olive oil,salt and pepper on the steak
6:Fry the steak for 6 minutes
7:Sauce:put the rosemary cream,salt and garlic to the superiorlight soy sauce and stir the soy sauce.
8:Put the steak, potatoes and vegetables to the plate,pour the sauce.
